Description:

Personalization is the most important digital marketing trend for 2021 that every marketer needs to prepare for ([1]). Personalization needs to cross the whole customer journey: from personalized recommendation to personalized content delivery. Currently, more than 80% of marketers claim creating personalized content is their most significant challenge. An AI-based solution framework is needed to help digital marketers automatically analyze all kinds of data and their relations, as well as provide personalized content delivery to customers. In this project, we propose a content personalization framework that will use AI and Multi-Modal Knowledge Graph (MMKG) technologies to integrate products and customer information, including text, images, historical behavior, Spatial-temporal information, etc. The framework provides personalized recommendations based on graph deep learning algorithms, as well as personalized content generation based on graph analytics algorithms, to help companies and brands better connect customers and improve customer’s experience.
